Samantha, the WITS agent, looks at a ring of colored modules with icons for customers, sales, warehouse, accounting, projects and email, joined by threads of light to a sphere at the center; a staircase rises toward the ring.

Odoo implementation

Your whole company
on Odoo

We implement Odoo area by area: sales, inventory, purchasing, invoicing, projects. Configured around your processes, with your data migrated and your team trained.

The areas we connect
  • Sales & CRM
  • Inventory
  • Purchasing
  • Invoicing
  • Projects
  • Accounting
  • Point of sale
  • Manufacturing

What it looks like before

Every department with its own version of the data.

Sales quotes in one spreadsheet, the warehouse keeps another and billing types everything in again.

Nobody knows how much stock there really is until someone counts it.

To see how the month is going, you have to ask three people for reports.

You already tried an ERP and it stalled halfway: poorly configured, no training, nobody uses it.

Areas

Every area configured. All of them connected.

A sales order deducts stock, creates the invoice and lands in accounting without anyone typing it in again.

Sales & CRM

  • Opportunity pipeline by stage
  • Quotes with your price lists
  • Orders that flow straight to warehouse and invoicing

Inventory & warehouse

  • Warehouses, locations and routes
  • Receipts, deliveries and transfers with barcodes
  • Automatic reordering by minimum stock

Purchasing

  • Purchase requests and orders
  • Vendors and prices per product
  • Receipts linked to inventory

Invoicing

  • Invoices from the order, no retyping
  • Mexican e-invoicing (CFDI 4.0) with your PAC*
  • Collections and customer statements

Projects

  • Projects by stage and tasks by owner
  • Hours logged per project
  • Billing by hours or milestones

Accounting

  • Journal entries from every transaction
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Month-end reports without asking anyone

Also Point of Sale, Manufacturing (MRP), Employees and Website or eCommerce: whatever modules your operation needs.
* CFDI with Odoo’s Mexican localization (Enterprise edition) or the connector that applies to your edition; we define it during the assessment.

How we implement

Six steps, from assessment to support.

  1. Samantha inspects a scale model of an office with a magnifying glass.
    01

    Assessment

We walk through each area with you: what it does, which tools it uses and what information it hands to the next one.

  2. Samantha draws the module plan on an easel.
    02

    Design

Which modules, what gets configured, what gets integrated and what needs custom development. In writing, with scope and dates.

  3. Samantha moves boxes from an old filing cabinet into a new module.
    03

    Configuration & migration

We set up Odoo around your processes and migrate customers, products, balances and history from your spreadsheets or current system.

  4. Samantha explains something on a screen to two team members.
    04

    Training by area

Each team learns with its own cases, not a generic manual.

  5. Samantha presses a big button that lights up the ring of modules.
    05

    Guided go-live

On launch day we are with your team, fixing things on the spot.

  6. Samantha, wearing a headset, adjusts a module with a wrench.
    06

    Support & improvement

After go-live we stay: questions, adjustments, new modules, reports.

Where your Odoo lives

In Odoo’s cloud or in yours.

We recommend one based on your edition, modules and budget. No lock-in: the server and the data are yours.

Odoo Online / Odoo.sh

Odoo’s own cloud, if your case fits there.

Your server or your cloud (AWS)

Odoo in containers, with TLS, daily backups and monitoring. That’s how we run ours.

Integrations

Odoo, connected to everything else.

Via API with your online store, your bank, your PAC, WhatsApp, your previous system during the transition, or custom software. We build them and maintain them.

  • Online store
  • Bank
  • PAC / CFDI
  • WhatsApp
  • Previous system
  • Custom software
  • Reports

Agents, whenever you want

Once your operation runs on Odoo, WITS agents can work on top of it.

Optional: Odoo works fully without them.

Why WITS

The team that assesses is the team that implements.

We use Odoo

We run WITS on Odoo: CRM, projects and invoicing on our own server.

We are developers

What Odoo doesn’t ship with, we build: modules, integrations, reports.

One team

Start to finish, in Guadalajara: the people who assess are the ones who implement and support.

FAQ

What people ask us before getting started.

Odoo Community or Enterprise?

It depends on the modules you need and on e-invoicing. We look at it during the assessment and tell you which edition makes sense, with license costs listed separately from ours.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on the number of areas and on the state of your data. We give you a written plan with dates after the assessment.

Can we start with one area?

Yes. Many companies start with sales and inventory and add invoicing and accounting later.

We already have Odoo but don’t use it well.

We also do re-implementations: we review the configuration, clean up the data and retrain the team.

Do you migrate our data?

Yes: customers, vendors, products, opening balances and whatever history you need, from spreadsheets or your current system.

Do you do custom development?

Yes: custom modules, reports and API integrations.

Are you an official Odoo partner?

We don’t claim to be: we are a software company that implements and runs Odoo. If you need Enterprise licenses, we help you buy them directly from Odoo.

How much does it cost?

We quote based on areas, migration and integrations. Odoo licenses and hosting are separate, and we break them down for you.

Samantha, the WITS agent, welcomes you in a pastel Guadalajara plaza next to the Minerva statue, with buildings and agaves at dusk.
